Having listened carefully to the needs and wants of the thousands of people in the market for a Walk-In tub with whom we have spoken and visited in our showroom, and having taken ease of installation & servicing into consideration, we have created a product that is as close to perfect as is possible in every way.

We have designed the totally unique seating area – The Comfort Seat (patent pending) - so that the knees are elevated 3 inches above the back of the seat which makes it absolutely impossible to slip off the seat!!

Additionally we have a built in lumbar support at the base of the back of the seat that slopes the bottom of the back  forward AND contoured the back of the seat to conform to the spine which makes the bather feel he or she is reclining and being cradled in the seat. The Alexander offers the most comfortable, safest and secure seat of any Walk-In Bathtub on the market.  Because of this ergonomically correct seat, the height of the tub, and the placement of the overflow it is possible for virtually anyone to be fully immersed and fully extend their legs in the water.

The Alexander has a 10 year guarantee on the bathtub and all components except the door and seal which carry a lifetime guarantee, and the Delta fixtures which also have a lifetime guarantee.

The overflow on The Alexander is placed as high up on the tub as is possible – 2.5 inches from the top ledge - which provides 20 inches of water depth above the back of seat. This combined with the unparalleled seat design and the ability to fully stretch out one’s legs make deep immersion to or above the shoulders possible and enables one to luxuriate in pain relieving and relaxing full body buoyancy.

The well area (space between the edge of the seat and the far wall of the tub) is just shy of 26 inches long, which not only enables most people to stretch out their legs when seated, but also provides more than ample room to comfortably stand up and take a shower. Also, the length of the well space coupled with the placement of the door hinges 6 inches from the end of the tub ensures that there is more than adequate clearance to open and close the door while seated.

Every component of The Alexander is of the highest quality we can acquire, from the Delta fixtures to the easiest to operate drain and overflow. NO wood or particle board products of any kind used. Wood can and does rot when exposed to humidity. Custom made moisture proof platforms are used to support the motors for the hydrotherapy systems and cushion any vibration.
