800-465-1202 We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you provide to us on this page. We do not track "cookies" or engage in any other kind of technological information gathering. After we read and respond to your e-mail, your personal information is deleted from our computer system, and e-mail box. Under no circumstances do we sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties. Returns are accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of client's receipt of shipment. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and actual freight charges to the client for the original shipment to them and for the return shipment will also be the client's responsibility. Proof of freight charges will be provided by The Walk-In Bathtub Store, Inc. if requested. The bathtub must be returned in it's ORIGINAL shipping crate/materials. Cancellations may be made within 3 business days (Mon-Sat) of the order with no financial penalty. All bathtubs we sell are made to order. After the first three business days an order may be cancelled for an additional 10 days IF the bathtub is not already in production. There will be a 5% handling fee for same. Refunds will be issued within 7 days from the date of cancellation. |
